MAGI and Insurance Exchange Strategies – Modified Adjusted Gross Income

In healthcare, the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) introduces a new income definition—Modified Adjusted Gross Income (“MAGI”) for determining Medicaid income eligibility across the country.
